The Victorious End-Time Bride of Christ

THE BRIDE’S DESTINY – AUTHENTIC VICTORY

Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and
the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day
and night, has been cast down.  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their
testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” (Revelation 12:10-11)

And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over
his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of
    God. (Revelation 15:2)

Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made
    herself ready. (Revelation 19:7)

A.        God’s definition of authentic victory does not involve physical safety or removal from difficult circumstances; or even
the limited definition of supernatural breakthrough in external or internal situations.  God’s definition of authentic victory is
the complete overcoming through the partnership of a believer with the grace of God over the internal and external enemies
of their faith.  This involves the transformation of the human heart by grace into a place of:

    1.         The cultivating of meekness unto sacrificial love for people and

    2.        Wholehearted obedience unto radical abandonment in love for Jesus.

B.        In the midst of the trauma of the end of the age, victory is partially obtained through the internal response of the saints
as they withstand the external fire of tribulation, which is the divine gift of the optimum condition established by God to
produce a victorious Bride exhibiting mature love and meekness (tender humility) under pressure.

He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword.
Here is the patience and faith of the saints. (Revelation 13:10)

Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
(Revelation 14:12)

    1.        The difficulty under pressure of obedience to the commandments of God reveals the depth of our love and
commitment to Jesus as well as the reality of our certainty of a greater reward to come when His kingdom is
    established on earth.

THE BRIDE’S DESTINY – AUTHORITY IN LOVE

C.        The great desire of Jesus is for His bride to emerge at the end of the age loving and leaning into Him.  It is a place of
conscious dependence on Him in which we enter into abandonment at the highest level completely embracing His agenda
and leadership.

Who is this coming up from the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved? I awakened you under the apple tree. There your
mother brought you forth; there she who bore you brought you forth. (Song 8:5)

1.        This abandonment is the place of embracing voluntary weakness, wholly given to Him for all of their provision, wisdom,
desires, sanctification, etc. (1 Corinthians 1:30-31) completely glorying in Him not in our own gifting, strength, or riches
(Jeremiah 9:23; 1 Corinthians 1:31; Philippians 3:3) – no confidence in the flesh.

But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God — and righteousness and
sanctification and redemption — that, as it is written, "He who glories, let him glory in the LORD."
    (1 Corinthians 1:30-31)

    2.        Her obedience in this hour is motivated by gratitude, having a clear understanding from Jesus regarding what
He has done for her (Song 8:5), giving her the ability to be refreshed by His affections through grace.

    a.        It is in this season that the Bride will thrive in her love with Jesus, drinking from the river of His pleasures,
abundantly satisfied with the fullness of His house.

They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And You give them drink from the river of
    Your pleasures.  (Psalm 36:8)

b.        This place of deep intimacy will be the greatest place of safety the church has ever known, empowering her to serve
and rejoice in the midst of the outpouring of His great wrath.

Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.  Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in
the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.
    (Psalm 2:11-12)

c.        It will be the hour of great reaping for those who have spent a lifetime sowing into prayer and fasting to cultivate a life
of intimacy with Jesus (Galatians 6:7) reaping in that hour to the measure that they have sown (2 Corinthians 9:6-10) from
the overflow of an abundantly joyful heart.

D.        The dealings of God in “beauty preparations” – preparing each one for royalty (Esther 2:12-13) bring the bride to
the greatest expression of love the earth has ever seen (John 13:34-35; 17:21, 26).  The outworking is true global unity of
the church under the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

THE BRIDE’S GREATEST HOUR – MERCY, VENGEANCE AND TREMBLING

E.        A change in the expression and understanding of Christianity:

“So great fear came upon all the church and upon all who heard these things.   And through the hands of the
apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people.  And they were all in one accord in Solomon’s
Porch.  Yet none of the rest dared join them, but the people esteemed them highly.  And believers were
increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women,” (Acts 5:11-14)

And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and
free man…hid themselves…and said…“Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne
and from the wrath of the Lamb!  For the great day of His wrath has come, who is able to stand?”
    Revelation 6:16-17

    1.        The expression of Christianity will change more in terms of corporate lifestyle and agreement with the heart of
God that will produce a corporate unity and true apostolic community.

    2.        This in turn will impact the global understanding of Christianity in the way that the nations relate to this new
expression, which will be the earthly expression of the new “face” of Jesus as judge.

    3.        This earthly expression will then participate in the judgments of God in a dynamic way (Psalm 149) both in the
positive (greater works) and negative (imprecatory songs and prayers releasing judgment).

    4.        The release of these greater works will transform the way the church is understood by the nations of the
earth – Christianity, presently mocked and dismissed by the great men of the earth, will be viewed in an entirely
different light when the judgments of God begin to be released on the earth (2 Kings 3:23-24).

    5.        The authority of the Bride will engender great esteem, trembling and fear, and anger, rage, and contempt
from unrepentant sinful nations – but the nations will cease to be lukewarm towards the church from the moment
God begins to release judgment upon the nations in concert with the Bride’s participation.

F.        Authority in prayer:

Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on
the nations, and punishments on the peoples; to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of
iron; to execute on them the written judgment – this honor have all the saints. (Psalm 149:5-9)

“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has
known my name.  He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him
    and honor him.” (Psalm 91:14-15)

    1.        The culmination of this deep place of intimacy will be the release of the deepest cries of His heart to His Bride
as they are stirred within the hearts of believers by the Holy Spirit – this eschatological concert of prayer will be fueled
    by fiery love and devotion.

    2.        The high praises of God will be on the lips of the Bride – embracing her beloved in worship and prayer, stirring
His heart to answer her cries; her prophetic declarations loosing judgments upon the rebellious nations of the earth.

    3.        The Bride is escorted in that hour to an unprecedented place of partnership with the Lord, taking her place at
a new level of her ability to operate within the framework of the government of God as executed through intercession.

    4.        It is intercession that is the central cog in the wheel of God’s governmental structure – God’s desire even in the
    Old Covenant was for his leadership to continually inquire of Him regarding their decisions;

    5.        It will be intercession that will be the initial “domino” that sets all kinds of stunning events into motion – including
the unprecedented outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon “all flesh” before the coming of the great and awesome day of
the Lord (Joel 2:31) in the midst of astonishing wonders in the heavens and in the earth: blood, fire, and pillars of
    smoke (2:30).

    6.        Antichrist will be able to command the legions of demons according to his status as one given the very throne
of Satan, but the Bride will counter him with her own authority from heaven to move angels and demons through prayer.

G.        The victory, power, and burning fiery love of the Bride in that hour is intimately linked to God’s desire to show mercy
to the nations – a clear testimony to the greatness of His leadership and the triumph of humility over the depravity of the
human value systems.  They will utterly reject His way and be trodden down like grapes in His wrath (Isaiah 63).
