SEVEN THEOLOGICAL PREMISES OF THE FORERUNNER MINISTRY

I.        THE UNIQUENESS OF THE LAST GENERATION

A.        The generation with the greatest demonstration of God’s power in history.  There are three “supernatural generations”
described in the scripture.  The generation of Moses – Egypt (Exodus 7-10).  The generation of the apostles (Acts 1-28).
The generation of the Second Coming of Christ.  The miracles released through Moses and the apostles will be combined,
multiplied on a global level in the generation that the Lord returns.

B.        The generation most described by God in the Word.

C.        The generation most populated in world history.

II.        THE REVELATION OF THE FATHER HEART OF GOD THAT BRINGS THE FAMILY OF GOD TO MATURITY

A.        The universal revelation of Father heart of God communicated directly to individuals by the Holy Spirit.
John 17:26; Hebrews 2:12

B.        The release of the ‘fathering ministries’ in the local churches.  Malachi 4:5-6

C.        The establishing of the Father’s heart in individual natural family units – Psalm 68:5-6

III.        THREE UNPRECEDENTED HOLY SPIRIT ACTIVITIES AT THE END OF THE AGE

A.        The Holy Spirit will restore the First Commandment to first place in the church.

B.        The Holy Spirit will gather the Great Harvest through an unprecedented demonstration of the power of God leading
to one billion souls being saved.

C.        The Holy Spirit will release the temporal judgments of the Lord.  Revelation 9:15

D.        Three specific reasons for God’s temporal judgments – the primary reason is to remove everything that hinders
love.  In other words, to increase the number of people and the measure of maturity of the voluntary lovers of Jesus who
walk in the First Commandment.  Secondly, to aid in gathering the Great Harvest by bringing eternity to bear upon the
hearts of multitudes of lost humanity.  Thirdly, to release God’s vengeance upon those who persecute His church.
Vengeance belongs to God.  Jesus knows how to administrate vengeance with perfect mercy and truth.

E.        The three responses of the church to God’s temporal judgments.  First, confusion and anger will be a normal first
reaction to many believers who reason with an unrenewed mind (Matthew 11:6).  Second, Holy Spirit understanding will be
granted in due time to the church – Jeremiah 23:18-20.  Rejoicing in holy partnership with Jesus in releasing His judgments
similar to the way that Moses did – Psalm 149:6-9.

IV.        AN UNPRECEDENTED REVELATION OF THREE FACES OF JESUS’ BEAUTY

A.        Jesus as a passionate Bridegroom.

B.        Jesus as a transcendent King.

C.        Jesus as a righteous Judge.

D.        The three responses of God’s inheritance – three faces of Jesus as a Bridegroom, King, and Judge resulting in
a people who rejoice, tremble, and kiss the Son.

Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.  Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in
the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little.  Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him. (Psalm 2:11-12)

1.        We tremble before Jesus the Judge as He releases the temporal judgments at the end of the age.

2.        We rejoice before the power of Jesus the King as He brings in the Great Harvest with signs and wonders.

3.        We kiss the Son as the Bridegroom God who cherishes us in intimacy with tender love restoring the First
Commandment to first place.

V.        THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF THE FATHER’S LABORS IS THE POOR

A.        Money – kingdom finances focused on touching the poor – 2 Corinthians 8:13-15; Galatians 2:10.

B.        Time – kingdom labors focused on reaching the poor – Matthew 25:40-43

C.        Power – the power of God is most manifest in context to the poor – Isaiah 61:1

VI.        GOD’S UNIVERSAL MERCY STRATEGY IS TO SHAKE EVERYTHING THAT CAN BE SHAKEN

A.        The seven-fold shaking at the end of the age – Haggai 2:6-8

    1.        The heavens – the sky, atmosphere, weather patterns etc.  Cosmic arena – sun, moon, stars, planets, etc.
Earthly atmosphere – sky, weather patterns, atmosphere etc.

    2.        The earth – earthquakes, volcanoes etc.

    3.        The sea – tidal waves, pollution, oil spills, chemical poisoning etc.

    4.        The dry land – vegetation and plant life

    5.        The nations – the powerful institutions that comprise nations such as governmental, military, academic etc.

    6.        Spiritual disruption – the church filled with Glory will cause spiritual disruption in all religious systems.

    7.        Economic disruption – economic and commercial turmoil worldwide.  The result of the shaking – world
evangelism (the Great Harvest).  They shall come to the ‘Desire of All Nations’ – Haggai 2:7.  In the midst of the
shaking Jesus will reveal His beauty – Isaiah 4:2; 33:17

B.        The writer of Hebrew develops Haggai’s prophecy by the Holy Spirit – Hebrews 12:26-29

C.        Three dimensions of the shaking:

    1.        Personal lives – the process of pursuing the First Commandment can create temporary disruption in the lives of
multitudes of sincere believers.  To sincerely seek to walk in the First Commandment first can be somewhat disrupting.
This pursuit challenges the way we spend time, money and the way we relate to people etc.  Examples of practical
areas where disruption may occur – legalism, strife and condemnation coming from the uncertainty of immediately
knowing God’s desire for all our personal areas of life such as the way we play, rest, relate, speak.

    2.        Local churches – the Great Harvest  will disrupt us corporately – in context to local churches.

    3.        National structures – the temporal judgments of the Lord will disrupt us nationally – in context to our society.
Hurricanes, earthquakes and plagues disrupt the structures of society economically, militarily, academically, politically,
and socially.  National infrastructures related to food, water, shelter, electricity etc. will suffer disruptions.  Summary –
the First Commandment will shake individuals, the Great Harvest will shake churches, and the temporal judgments
    will shake society.

VII.        GOD WILL RAISE UP THE FORERUNNER MINISTRIES TO PREPARE THE CHURCH

A.        The forerunner ministries are ‘proclamation ministries’ – that function one short step ahead of the many in the
church to prepare the way of the Lord.  How?  They proclaim God’s Word to make sense of things before they happen.
They bring new understanding and provide new paradigms of God and His end time activity to church.  The five fold
proclamation – as preachers, artists (singers, musicians, actors etc.) writers, intercessors and disciplers of forerunners.
Why do they do this?  Because the Lord wants the church in voluntary partnership with Himself.  He will not force the
church to partner with Him in agreement.  He is a Bridegroom God who wants voluntary partnership with His church.  The
boundary lines of redemption are clear.  God usually does not force the church to do what the church does not desire to
do in partnership with Him.  He makes exceptions to this occasionally.  For example, the churches that do not believe in
healing do not usually witness healings through their ministries.  The forerunner ministry is raised up ahead of time; to
declare what is coming around the corner so that the church grows in understanding.  The highway God walks on is the
voluntary agreement of His people called bridal partnership.

B.        Forerunners live fasted lifestyle in the grace of God – to tenderize the heart so as to receive revelation of God in
greater amounts, in faster time frames and in deeper places in our spirits.

C.        The forerunner ministry is launched out of the ministry of prayer.  The ideal base of the forerunner ministry is in
context of the local church rooted in the city wide house of prayer ministry in the spirit of the Tabernacle of David.  They
will live lifestyles that minister to the Lord according in the divine revelation of King David.  God will raise up the 24-hour a
day, night and day worship before God in city ministries.  I believe in most cities of the earth God will raise up citywide,
unified houses of prayer that follow the Davidic order of ministry to God.
